About This Spot

Stepping into Beach Walk feels like uncovering a cozy treasure by the ocean where two culinary worlds meet in a warm embrace. Nestled just blocks from the Pacific shore, this is a casual local eatery where the pace is unhurried and the atmosphere invites lingering conversation. Whether you settle inside amid its friendly hum or choose a seat on the patio to catch the sea breeze and watch the world drift by, this spot wraps you in a relaxed, welcoming vibe that feels both familiar and refreshingly vibrant.

Here, the spirit of a Pacific Northwest coastal town blends effortlessly with the rich, comforting flavors of both Asian and American kitchens. The menu reads like a personal story shared between an Asian mama and an American papa — comforting bowls of clam chowder alongside playful plates of fried calamari, fragrant red curry, or togarashi-spiced tacos. Each dish carries a sense of thoughtful balance and joy, reflecting a kitchen that’s as much about heartfelt tradition as it is about lively discovery.

The hum of classic rock melodies adds a familiar soundtrack to warm interactions with the staff, who bring a genuine kindness that makes visiting feel like being welcomed into a home away from home. Portions are generous, the beverage selection thoughtfully curated—whether you’re in the mood for a crisp Asian mojito or a perfectly poured local beer—and even the desserts speak of care, like a homemade mud pie that tempts you to savor just one more bite.

For locals and travelers alike, Beach Walk offers more than a meal — it provides a moment of connection, a place to slow down and savor not only the flavors but the small moments that make dining something to remember. You might arrive for the Pad Thai or bánh mì, but you’ll linger because of the atmosphere and the thoughtful blending of cultures that feel truly like home.

It was incredible. The restaurant may not appear as a whole lot from the outside, but the food is phenomenal and the service was really nice. We had calamari, a Bánh Mi, red curry and yakisoba noodles and everything was fantastic. Not to mention, they’ve got a good selection of beverages and their dessert menu was great. We ordered their homemade mud pie to-go because it looked so good but we were too full to eat more at the moment. If you’re looking for a good lunch or dinner spot, please go here. Their food is legit. The calamari was some of the best I’ve ever had!

Delicious food (laaarge portion), the sweetest staff, and a cozy, clean, and friendly atmosphere. Several clearly marked vegan options; a great stop for the hungry vegan driving along the coast! Plus, the strawberry lemonade was possibly the best I've ever had!

Wow! Where to start. The staff - super friendly and attentive. It was relatively busy at lunch time and they were super friendly and efficient. The atmosphere - you can't go wrong being blocks from the ocean. They play great music on the patio and it was very relaxing to sit and watch the cars go by taking in the sea air The food - I had the fish tacos and banh mi. Yes, I ordered 2 entrees for myself, which both included sides, because I couldn't decide and I was really hungry after hiking all morning. The fish tacos were cooked perfectly. Nice crunch on the outside, fish was still tender and juicy. The salsa was really flavorful. The side cucumber salad was so basic but so delicious. The tacos were great, but the star of the show was the bbq pork banh mi. The pork was so tender. The jalapenos were sliced thin to provide great flavor and a little heat without overpowering... The spread was amazing and flavorful and the fresh cucumber balanced it all out so nicely. I think it's the best banh mi I've had since I was in Vietnam. Definitely will not forget about this place. Would drive here just to get the banh mi! But I want to try other items as well.

I had to give them a review. Everything was so delicious. I should’ve taken better pictures. This is what’s left but the curry and the ribs were just amazing. Don’t miss this in this beautiful town….AND…. If you love the rock hits of 60’s and 70’ and more just make sure you visit Beach Walk!!!

As locals we love this place! We are very happy they kept some of the old menu items before they revamped the menu! The service is great! We would love for there to be a locals discount, as the prices are a lil high & the 15% to-go tip really should not be legal (a small fee for the containers is understandable), however we are very grateful for having this food option in town! We recommend eating here if you’re visiting! Has outside seating…

One of the best Yakisoba Lo mein noodles I have had. We also ordered Mongolian fried rice and it was equally good ( had a lot of veggies) Crab Rangoons was crispy and good amount of filling. Overall 11/10 for food. Definitely recommend for vegans as they have multiple options. Mai Tai was refreshing and strong

Coming from an area like Los Angeles, you always forget the true hidden gems in this world. It ain’t about a 5 star dinning experience, or a fancy spot !! it’s about the staff that bring the place to life and the AMAZING FOOD !!!! Will be back The food options ?! SO COOL, dishes that taste phenomenal Maybe I’m writing too much, but honestly, this place is A+
